Returns

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all our items that are UNUSED and in their original packaging. If you wish to return any item(s) please contact us first for a returns number. We advise that all returned items should to be sent recorded (insured if over £30.00) as Portable Power Supply cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

All refunds are at our discretion and will only be issued once we have received the returned item(s) and are satisfied that they are in unused condition. Refunds do not include your return postage cost. If you receive an item from us that you believe to be faulty, you must contact us first to establish the nature of the fault. If you need to return the item you must include your name and address and a brief description of the fault.

We strongly recommend you check the product for faults and test the electronics functions on receiving your items. If you do find a fault, you must contact us before attempting to use the item. Due to the nature of the product we cannot give full refunds or replacements for items that have any signs of use or have sustained damage from being incorrectly flown. Items returned to us will be tested and, if found to be faulty will either be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days

Delivery

Please check the Deliveries section for post and courier information. Deliveries outside the UK may be liable for import charges depending on delivery location. Please check your country’s local legislation on how this might affect you. For events beyond our reasonable control, we will not be held responsible for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control such as, strikes and other industrial action, systems or network failure, fire, flood, explosion or accident. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Tax Charges: For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. Orders shipped outside the European Union are exclusive of sales tax/vat and it is the responsibility of the customer to deal with any customs and taxation requirements.
