Rapid Delivery Promise

We consistently send over 99% of items on the same day as they were ordered (Mon-Fri). Our website tracks stock levels, thus ensuring all items shown for sale are actually in-stock in our UK warehouse and ready to dispatch to you. Larger items ordered before 3pm will be sent by DPD 24hr delivery (UK). Spare parts and small items ordered before 4.30pm are sent First Class post or Special Delivery (optional).

Postage Info

For all postage and parcel tracking inquiries please call 01787 319 999 during normal working hours, Monday to Friday. All small parts orders for UK destinations are sent 1st class the same day (if order is placed before 3.30pm). If the order value is over £50 it will be sent 1st class recorded. All small parts orders for international destinations are sent standard airmail (if you require an alternative method please e-mail us prior to placing your order for a quote). For Special/Next-Day delivery (UK only) orders must be placed before 3.00 pm. Next day delivery is not guaranteed on orders placed on Fridays. For our standard parcel service, parcels are dispatched the same day using DPD next day delivery (delivered before 5.30pm Mon - Fri). Note that next day orders made after 3.00pm on Friday and on Saturday or Sunday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

After Sales Service

Our after sales service is second to none. We try to ensure all items are sent out in perfect condition. However, if you do find a problem with an item, we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This is most easily dealt with by sending us a quick email with full details, from our contact page.
